| 内容記述 | This thesis consists of five chapters. Chapter 1 describes general introduction including description of fluorinated alkenes as well as brief summary of the results that the author studied. In chapter 2 is illustrated effective preparation of both α,β,β-trifluoroacrylate and trifluorovinyl sulfone as well as the results on the reaction with organocopper reagents. It is described that the reaction of the ester or sulfone with Grignard reagents derived from organocopper reagents proceeds smoothly to give the corresponding vic-difluorovinyl compounds in good yields with high Z selectivity. Chapter 3 remarks the preparation of pentafluorocrotonate or pentafluoropropen-1-yl sulfone and the results on the reaction with organocuprates. It is found, in the case of pentafluorocrotonate, that treatment with organocuprates gives rise to β-metallated tetrafluorocrotonate intermediate through fluorine-metal exchange reaction, which reacts with electrohiles to give the corresponding β-substituted tetrafluorocrotonates in good yields with high Z selectivity. In chapter 4, the results on the reaction of perfluorocyclopentene with various organometallic reagents are summarized. In addition, preparation of perfluorocyclopent-1-enylmetal species and the subsequent coupling reaction are also described. The above results are summarized in chapter 5. | |||||||||
