Name","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreename":"博士(学術)","subitem_degreename_language":"ja"}]},"item_30002_description9":{"attribute_name":"Description","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"連続繊維強化熱可塑性複合材料(c-FRTP)は,比強度,比剛性に優れた複合材料で有り,かつリサイクル性,二次加工性等を有しているため,今後の利用の拡大が期待されている.しかし強化形態が連続繊維で有るため,複雑形状への適用が難しい.一方,不連続繊維強化熱可塑性複合材料は良好な加工性を持ち,ハイサイクル成形が可能であり,複雑な形状に成形することも容易であるが,力学的特性はc-FRTPに大きく劣る.そこで,連続繊維と不連続繊維の複合材料の互いの長所(優れた力学的特性,短時間で複雑形状の成形が可能,等)を活かす事のできるハイブリッド成形法が開発されている.その中で,シート状のc-FRTP中間材料のプレス成形と不連続繊維強化樹脂による射出成形を組み合わせたハイブリッド成形法は,c-FRTPと不連続繊維射出樹脂が同一金型内で一体成形され,短時間で最終的な製品形状を得ることができるため特に注目されている.しかし,このハイブリッド成形品の力学的特性を左右すると考えられるc-FRTPと射出樹脂の界面特性や,表面性状等の成形品質に大きな影響を及ぼすと考えられる成形システムや成形条件に関しては十分に検討されていないのが現状である. そこで本研究では,c-FRTPの予備加熱方法,予備加熱時間,搬送手法やプレス成形条件,ならびに射出成形における射出樹脂温度や圧力などの成形条件の違いが,ハイブリッド成形における成形品の力学的特性や表面性状に及ぼす影響について明らかにするとともに,ハイブリッド成形に最適な設備仕様を提案することを目的とした.さらに,完全含浸タイプのc-FRTPプリプレグ材が高コストであることや,曲面への賦形性が良くないことから,賦形性を有するシート状の半含浸中間材料を用いたハイブリッド成形について検討を行い,それら中間材料を用いたハイブリッド成形における最適成形条件について検討を行った.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_30002_dissertation_number30":{"attribute_name":"Dissertation
