Name","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreename":"博士(工学)","subitem_degreename_language":"ja"}]},"item_30002_description9":{"attribute_name":"Description","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"熱可塑性プラスチック射出成形加工は様々な製品に適用されている。熱可塑性プラスチック射出成形加工では樹脂溶融時に発生する揮発成分が様々な成形不具合を引き起こす原因となることが知られている。また、それだけではなく、成形不具合を発生させない為の成形前の材料乾燥や金型メンテナンスなど成形する為の準備工程が定常化されており、生産性の悪化させている。ベント式成形は射出成型機の可塑化シリンダーの中央部に脱気口(ベント口)を有するシリンダーを使用した成形方法であり、樹脂から発生するガスや水分を樹脂の溶融する工程にて脱揮することで、上記課題に対して大きい効果がある。しかし、この成形方法は従来からある成形方法ではあるが、ベント口から樹脂漏れや材料替えの悪さなどの課題があり、あまり普及しなかった。しかし、近年、この課題が解決され、樹脂部品の大幅な生産性向上や品質向上の効果が期待されつつある。また、本成形法を活用した新たな成形法として、ベント口より繊維材料を直接投入する手法(DFFIM:Direct Feeding Fiber Injection Mold)による樹脂部品の機械強度制御も期待されている。しかし、本成形法の理論的な研究はされていなく、本研究ではベント成形における可塑化工程の数値解析とDFFIMにより成形したガラスファイバー/カーボンファイバーのハイブリッド複合材料の強度評価のテーマについて検証を行った。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_30002_dissertation_number30":{"attribute_name":"Dissertation
