| 内容記述 | The applications of local area resources are expected to vitalize local community. However, we often struggle to find local area resources which we should utilize. Local resources consist not only of tangible resources, such as agricultural and marine products, or tourist attractions, but also of intangible resources, such as wisdom or technology to utilize tangible resources, I have used intellectual assets-based management reports to select local resources for vitalizing local community and to examine effective plans for activating local community, Intellectual assets-based management reports are usually used as tools for private companies to manage their own intangible intellectual assets. This is the very first time in the world that local government made an intellectual assets-based management report. In this thesis, it is verified that intellectual assets-based management reports can be used as effective tools for local government to examine a program for promoting local community. | |||||||
